By promoting the latest evidence-based treatment for patients with coronary artery disease, heart failure and stroke, Get With The Guidelines turns guidelines into lifelines.. The award recognizes: Meriter Hospital for having 24 consecutive months at 85% or higher adherence to American Heart Association’s guidelines and recommendations for coronary patients; and 9 consecutive months at 85% or higher adherence to American Stroke Association for stroke treatment. Our peers include: 569 hospitals throughout the United States, including 13 other hospitals located in Wisconsin. |
