Traveling East on West Beltline (US-12E / US-14E / US-18E)
From the West Side of Madison

  • From eastbound Hwy 12/14 take the Todd Drive exit (exit 259) and bear left at the end of the ramp onto the West Beltline frontage road heading toward the Todd Drive intersection.
  • Go straight at the light and take the next right at Arbor Gate, 2501 West Beltline Hwy.
  • You will see the Wisconsin Heart sign at the top of the building.
  • At Arbor Gate, turn right between the two towers.
  • You will see a patient drop-off area. Free parking is available in the ramp behind the building.
  • There is covered access to the second floor.
  • Once inside the building, look for signs to Meriter Wellness Center.

Traveling West on West Beltline (US-12W / US-14W / US-18W)
From the East Side of Madison

  • From westbound Hwy 12/18 take the Todd Drive exit (exit 259) and bear left at the end of the ramp.
  • Proceed to the lighted intersection at Todd Drive.
  • Turn left onto Todd Drive and left again at the next light onto the West Beltline frontage road.
  • Take the next right at Arbor Gate, 2501 West Beltline Hwy.
  • You will see the Wisconsin Heart sign at the top of the building.
  • At Arbor Gate, turn right between the two towers.
  • You will see a patient drop-off area. Free parking is available in the ramp behind the building.
