Meriter Wellness Center, formerly known as the Center for Health Promotion, is now located in a new, state-of-the-art facility that allows Meriter to expand its outpatient services for cardiovascular and pulmonary rehabilitation patients.

Meriter Wellness Center currently offers cardiac rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation and supervised exercise therapy (SET). New services are being planned, including a maintenance exercise program for cardiac and pulmonary patients.

The Meriter Wellness Center is dedicated to preventing cardiovascular disease. Worksite wellness services and CPR courses are also available.

In addition, the Meriter Wellness Center is committed to educating the public about the benefits of prevention. It participates in both community and regional outreach efforts to work to raise awareness via health fairs, presentations and the offerings of preventive screenings.
