Some home health items are Medicare reimbursable. To ensure an item is covered, contact your Medicare Provider prior to placing your order.
If you learn that an item you wish to order is reimbursable, please bring the following items with you so we can assist in filing your claim:
- A prescription or order from your physician containing a diagnosis. This must be dated prior to placing your order with us
- Your Medicare and Social Security numbers
