a commitment to nursing…now and into the future.
Your support of the Center for Nursing Excellence at Meriter Hospital
will enhance the environment of nursing by supporting continuing education,
leadership training, clinical research and creation of a skills lab.
As the largest component of the health care workforce, nurses play a central
role in patient safety and healthcare quality. Currently, Meriter employs 1,225
nurses and assists in the training of 185 nursing students each year.
The Center for Nursing Excellence will promote innovation in clinical nursing
care that will directly benefit our patients and their families.
