Meriter Foundation extends heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to our donors for their generosity and support.
Annual Giving Donor Recognition Societies
Community Partners
$100 - $499
Community Partners receive complimentary subscriptions to Meriter Foundation’s Inspire newsletter and Meriter in Motion Report, and recognition in select Meriter Foundation publications.
Circle of Care
$500 - $999
Circle of Care members receive all of the benefits reserved for our Community Partners and receive information for healthy living. Members are welcome to stop into the Greenbush Garden Bistro or Meriter Café for a cup of tea or coffee and a sweet treat courtesy of Meriter Foundation. Circle of Care members also are recognized on the Meriter Foundation Annual Donor Wall.
Circle of Health
$1,000 - $2,499
Circle of Health members receive all of the benefits reserved for our Circle of Care members as well as access to a Meriter Foundation VIP membership. VIP members enjoy a number of benefits designed especially with their health and wellness in mind. While hospitalized at Meriter, members receive a daily newspaper, a meal coupon for a guest, and a Friends of Foundation customer service visit. We also invite Circle of Health members to participate in an annual hospital or health center tour.
Circle of Life
$2,500 - $4,999
Circle of Life members receive all of the benefits reserved for our Circle of Health members as well as access to a complimentary flu vaccine. We also invite Circle of Life members to join us for an annual educational lectureship at Meriter Hospital.
Meriter Society
$5,000 - $9,999
Meriter Society members receive all of the benefits reserved for our Circle of Life members and have the opportunity to participate in a behind-the-scenes tour of a hospital specialty area with a physician.
Leaders of Vision
$10,000 and above
Leaders of Vision receive all of the benefits reserved for our Meriter Society members and have access to the Meriter Health Services Gold Card program. As a Gold Card member, they will receive a flower arrangement during their next hospital stay. Leaders of Vision also receive permanent recognition on the Meriter Foundation Cumulative Donor Wall.
Cumulative Giving Donor Clubs
Meriter Foundation honors contributors whose cumulative generosity has exceeded $10,000 and enhanced our community health mission.
Donors whose cumulative giving exceeds $10,000 are commenorated on our permanent donor wall. Supporters at the following levels also receive special benefits, tailored to their personal interests.
- Associates - $10,000 - $24,999
- Sponsors - $25,000 - $49,999
- Ambassadors - $50,000 - $99,999
- Guardians - $100,000 - $249,999
- Advocates - $250,000 - $499,999
- Benefactors - $500,000 - $999,999
- Stewards - $1 million +
In addition to our donor wall recognition, supporters making gifts of $25,000 or greater may designate specific areas of the Hospital in the names of the donors and/or their loved ones.
Legacy Society
Meriter is especially grateful to individuals who have included the Hospital in their estate plans. Gifts such as these have been an instrumental source of support for capital projects, establishing educational initiatives and endowing programs.
We are pleased to recognize our Legacy Society members on an exclusive donor wall.
